Javiel brings an extensive human resources background, having held key leadership roles at prominent organizations such as Quirch Foods, ADP, and the Knight Foundation.
At Quirch Foods, a domestic and international Food Distributor with twenty-three distribution centers, Javiel served as Vice President of Human Resources, where he led and directed strategies for all human capital functions. Additionally, he played a crucial role in improving the company’s employee retention rates, managing human capital expenses effectively, and driving successful talent acquisition initiatives.
